Lemon grass is so easy to grow and it does add a nice flavor and benefits to any recipe. I will have to try this one as I printed it out. ;-)

You and the family will love it, it's super quick and easy. I want to make it with only veggies next time. You have such a lovely garden @sunscape, do you have Lemongrass in it?
