Any Filipino kitchen should have beef kaldereta on hand. It's a stew made with meat, tomato sauce, and liver spread. Potato, carrots, bell peppers, and olives are also used in the preparation of this dish.

This is a well-liked dish that is offered on special occasions. Every Filipino cookbook has a recipe for it. Some believe kaldereta to be the most well-known beef stew in the Philippines.
HOW TO COOK CALDERITA

The first step is to cook the meat with garlic and onion in a skillet. Begin by heating the oil in a large pot. Cook the garlic, onion, and meat together in a skillet. Continue to sauté the steak until it begins to brown. Bay leaves and crushed peppercorns should be added at this point. Add the liver spread, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the pot.

The beef should be cooked until it is tender. You can cook it in a standard cooking pot on the stove top if you want to do it the old fashioned manner. It takes about 60 to 90 minutes to do this task. Cooking beef in a pressure cooker tenderizes it more quickly. It can help you save more than half of your time.

Toss in the vegetables and seasonings now. It's done after around 10 minutes of cooking. Cooking is a simple and straightforward process.
