Cashew nut salad 🥗 (In my own way )

Hi guys. How are you all? I hope you’re all doing very well. I’m doing well too. Today I’m going to share a very delicious snack recipe with you. It’s cashew nut salad. Many people make it in different styles, but I tried it in a slightly different way in my own style. And it turned out incredibly tasty. This can be a perfect snack for the evening, and both kids and adults enjoy it a lot.
So let’s get started . Let me share with you the recipe for making cashew nut salad,in my way.

Ingredients for cashew nut salad 🥗:

1.Cashew nuts – 1 cup,
2.Onion (thinly sliced) – 1 medium,
3.Tomato (diced) – 1,
4.Green chilies (chopped) – 2–3,
5.Cucumber (chopped) – ½ cup,
6.Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 tablespoons,
7.Salt – as needed,
8.Lemon juice – 1–2 tablespoons,
9.Black pepper – ½ teaspoon (optional),
10.Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon (optional),
11.Mustard oil or olive oil – 1 teaspoon .(optional),
12.Chicken ,
13.Potato,
14.Cauliflower,
15.Carrots,
16.Soy sauce ,
17.Tomato sauce,
18.chilli powder,
19.Corn flour.

Cooking process :🥗

First of all, take 2–3 large potatoes, wash them well, peel them, and cut them into small slices. Then soak the slices in cold water for a while.
At the same time, take some solid pieces of chicken, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small slices just like the potatoes.
After that, drain the water from the sliced potatoes, add salt and a little chili powder, and mix them well.

Then add a little soy sauce, one teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, and corn flour to the sliced chicken. Mix everything very well and let it marinate for 10–20 minutes.

After 10–20 minutes, fry all the potato and chicken pieces well.
The chicken must be fried on low flame, otherwise the outside will burn while the inside will remain uncooked.

While frying the potatoes and chicken, I will cut some cauliflower and carrots into small pieces and cook them properly. I will cook them well so that the vegetables blend in, but at the same time, they will become soft inside.

Now, I will finely chop tomatoes, onions,cucumbers and coriander leaves in a bowl.

Then, I will add all the ingredients into a bowl one by one. I will include the chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves, along with the fried chicken, fried potatoes, and cooked vegetables. After that, I will add all the spices one by one, and also include some nuts that were fried earlier. Finally, I will add a little tomato sauce and some soy sauce, mix everything well, and the delicious cashew nut salad 🥗 will be ready.

This is how I make cashew nut salad at home, in my own style. It tastes really delicious. It can be one of the best dishes as a snack. If you like, you can even have it for breakfast. You can also use your favorite vegetables in it. But I had carrot, cauliflower, and potato available, so I used these.
