It is a wonderful sweet dish especially when drinking tea. In particular, this is also known as a bakery food. In my country, they are often made and sold as self-employment. That is the 'Crocodile Bun'. In my country it is called 'kibula buns'. Otherwise, it is also called 'wiyan roll'. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 350g of wheat flour
  • A tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half cup of warm water + three
    tablespoons of water
  • Half cup of water
  • One and half teaspoons of yeast
  • Three tablespoons of sugar + 100g of
    white sugar

The method of making;

First let's prepare the yeast mixture. For that, add one tablespoon of sugar to two teaspoons of yeast, add half a cup of warm water to it, stir, cover with a lid and keep aside for about 5 minutes.

Then prepare the flour mixture. First of all, add wheat flour to a bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and the prepared yeast mixture to it and add a tablespoon of butter.

Now stir all this well and add three more table spoons of water and prepare the flour mill.

Knead the prepared flour well for only eight minutes.

Put a table spoon of oil of bowl inside the well-mixed flour mill and spread it well, put the flour mill there and cover it with a kitchen towel and leave it for about thirty minutes to double.

Meanwhile, let's prepare the sugar syrup. For that, put two tablespoons of sugar in a bowl and add half a cup of water to it and boil it on low heat for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves well.

After about thirty minutes, divide the puffed dough into three equal parts, keeping the flour spread tray.

Take one part and make it as shown in the image in a way that it bulges in the middle and thins on the sides to a size of fifteen inches long.

Spread 100 grams of sugar in a thin disc. Roll the sugar syrup coated rolls well in this sugar.

In the freeheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, bake well at 200 degrees Celsius for twenty minutes.
