Spicy Buffalo Hot Wings
I suppose it is one of those days that I am craving spice. These wings are super easy, yummy, and quick.
I bought a deep fryer recently so I will be using that to cook my wings. The cool thing about wings is that you can also place them in the oven and bake them according to the package the wings come in. For my method and the deep fryer, the cook time is only 10-15 minutes long.
I am watching them fry up right now and they are getting crispy (just the way I like them!).
Once the wings are done cooking pull them out and set them on a paper towel so the excess oil drips onto the paper towel.
Place some hot wing sauce into a bowl.
Place the wings into the sauce bowl.
Coat each wing with the sauce and then plate and serve.
These make a great snack as well as great for party (once we are able to have those again).

Wow! those look great. Used to make trips to Buffalo for the wings and Oysters when I was a kid.

During football season (right now... yayyyy) we make the wings, meatballs, Jalapeno poppers, or/and little BBQ smokies.. Munch on game day foods... So GOOD! Go Chiefs!!!
