Yesterday we got our kittens. We named them Charlie and Furball (Oreo). They are both black and white. Charlie has socks on his legs while Furball....you guessed it, fluffy fur 😍🐈😍🐈
But am more to sharing recipe, so no pictures nor videos of them yet 😁
Today's sandwich loaf is Apple Pie Sandwich Loaf.
I called it as so since it has apple chunks in it and also flavored with apple pie spice 😁
1 1/4 c water
2 tbsp butter/margarine (df/regular)
Lemon juice (see video) - optional
3 1/4 c wmbread flour
1/4 c milk powder (soy/coconut/regular skim/full fat)
1/4 c sugar
Apple pie spice
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c active day yeast
Diced apples, soaked in lemon juice, sprinkled with apple pie spice
