Rizskoch (Hungarian Rice Cake)

Happy Saturday, Guys!

It truly is a happy one for my household. Last week I decided to move on from my current job, I applied a new one, and yesterday I accepted an offer 🤩 So, today we are celebrating for the good news. Here is crossing fingers the future will be brighter from now on 🤩🤩🤩🤩

My mother in law is flying home, back to Europe tomorrow. She is sad, understandably. So today we are not just cooking tons of food, but will also go out for treats a bit later 😁

For now, let me share you this following cake from Hungary, called Rizskoch. It's made of rice. They love serving it topped with sweet sauce or syrup, I like it as is once chilled.

Serve with your sauce or syrup, if you like (I like resting it for a couple for hours on the fridge, sugar with settled and sweet enough without any sauce or syrup!)

Enjoy!
