Hoy con este delicioso Pudin de leche y vainilla, es sencillo y rápido de hacer, ideal para compartir en familia esta noche para despedir este año que nos deja y darle una bienvenida al año nuevo.

1 lata de leche condensada 5 huevos 2 cucharadas de ron 2 cucharada de vainilla 1 taza de leche

Para el caramelo:

6 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharadas de agua

1 can condensed milk 5 eggs 2 tablespoons rum 2 tablespoons vanilla 1 cup milk

For the caramel:

6 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon of water

Lo primero que hago es preparar el caramelo coloco en la molde el azúcar yla cucharada de de agua,dejo cocinar sin revolver hasta que se derrita el azúcar y quede oscuro lo apago y muevo en círculos el molde para que impregne todos lados.

The first thing I do is to prepare the caramel, I put the sugar and a spoonful of water in the mold, let it cook without stirring until the sugar melts and it is dark, turn it off and move the mold in circles so that it impregnates all sides.

Ahora para hacer el pudin en la licuadora agregamos el agua, la leche, los huevos, la leche condensada, la vainilla y el ron hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.

Now to make the pudding in the blender add the water, milk, eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and rum until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Ya lista la mezcla la coloco en el molde untado con el caramelo y cocino a baño de María por 1 hora aproximadamente, también podemos introducir un palillo, si sale limpio es que está listo.

Once the mixture is ready, I place it in the mold smeared with caramel and cook in a bain-marie for about 1 hour, we can also insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is ready.
