Festive rice – level up a humble side dish

This is a very easy and nice to present rice. It can accompany very easily either meat or rice.

Ingredients: 250gr basmati rice, 4 spring onions chopped, 3-4 cloves of garlic, garlic olive oil, 1 cup of chopped dill

Although I love to eat rice, I am bad at cooking it! Therefore, I generally prefer basmati rice because most of the times it' s a success!

You boil the rice in ratio one cup rice in 2 cups of water for 15’. In a deep pan you sauté the chopped spring onions and chopped cloves of garlic in the garlic olive oil. Add the rice and toss well. Lastly mix the dill and serve. The whole process will take about 10’.

If you are not in favor of the garlic’s intense scent and taste, you can omit the central root which is found inside the clove.
