Preparando un almuerzo muy sabroso, para hoy Lunes, todo lo que lleva cerdo es muy sabroso, sera por eso que las hallacas con cerdo son las mas sabrosa. Ven acompáñame a preparar esta receta que seguro te gustara.

Ingredientes:

• 500 gramos de cerdo.
• 500 gramos de huesos ahumado.
• 1 Zanahoria.
• 1 batata.
• 6 ajís.
• 1/2 cebolla.
• 4 dientes de ajo.
• Salsa inglesa.
• 1 huevo.
• 2 tazas de arroz cocido.

Ingredients:

• 1 sweet potato.
• 6 chili peppers.
• 1/2 onion.
• 4 cloves of garlic.
• English sauce.
• 1 egg.
• 2 cups of cooked rice.

Preparacion:

Lavamos el cerdo y los huesos ahumados, cortándolos en trozos.

Preparation:

En un sarten bien caliente colocamos a sofreír el cerdo con los huesitos, no se agrega aceite porque ya la carne del cerdo tiene grasa.

Lo agregamos al sarten y se coloca sal a la preparación.

Se cortan en cubos la zanahoria y la batata, realmente el dulce de la batata le da un sabor muy especial a la preparación.

Se le agrega al sofrito dejándolo cocinar hasta que estén blandas

El arroz debe de estar previamente cocido y frió.

Cuando ya la preparación esta lista agregamos el arroz, salsa inglesa y mezclamos. como toque personal le añado un huevo batido y tapo el sarte para que el vapor de la comida lo cocine.

When the preparation is ready, add the rice, Worcestershire sauce and mix. As a personal touch, I add a beaten egg and cover the pan so that the steam from the food cooks it.

Y así queda un rico arroz con cerdo y hueso ahumado, muy sabroso.
