Today I bring you a super fast and delicious recipe that I've made these last few days, and it's egg and potatoes. This recipe doesn't take more than 5 minutes, so it's a great meal if you're in a hurry and want to eat something delicious.
Ingredients: 😊
- Butter 🧈
- Potatoes 🥔
- 1 egg 🍳

- Cut potatoes into very thin slices so that they can be cooked on both sides without turning. ❤️

- Put butter in the frying pan and let it start frying. 🧡

- Put the potatoes in the pan with the butter and let them cook (if you want, you can turn them over). 💛

- Take one egg, break it into a separate cup, and start beating until frothy. 💚

- After beating the egg well, add it to the potatoes and let it cook on the first side. 💙

- Flip the tortilla when you see that one side is cooked. 💜

- When you see that the egg is ready and well cooked, add salt on top and fold it to serve. 🤎
