How are you? I hope you are fine. Today I will be sharing the evening menu that I have prepared with you. I used my choice tonight for the incredibly delicious Fajita. Besides its taste, isn't the visual quite colorful and appetizing? I love the look of colored peppers. That's why I'm happy with my choice tonight because food is not only a necessity for me, but also a pleasure!
I am very happy when I eat, so meal times and preparation are very important to me. In general, I love to eat so much, although I want to make sure that it is healthy, sometimes I exceed this limit. I live in Turkey and Turkish cuisine is incredibly diverse and delicious. We have dishes and desserts that are famous around the world, especially Kebab and Baklava. Of course, I love the food of my country, but I am also very interested in world cuisine. I especially love Mexican food. π©βπ³π₯
Let's move on to my Fajita recipe, which is my choice for today's Tez-Mex cuisine!
Necessary materials ;
- 500 gr. Veal
- Red, Green, Yellow pepper
- grated garlic
- Salt, pepper, thyme
- Olive oil
