Delicious eggplant cooked with fish

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back to cook a very delicious eggplant with fish with a new cooking recipe among you. I have shared eggplant cooking recipe with fish among you before. But today I am sharing eggplant cooking recipe with fish a little differently. I hope you like it.

So let's see, friends, how I cooked a very delicious eggplant with fish -

Here I have the ingredients for cooking-

Eggplant, tengra fish, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I took the eggplant here. This time I took water in a pot and cut the eggplant into small pieces and put it in the water.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. This time I stirred the onion with a little bit of raw chilli paste and garlic paste. Now stir it for a while and fry it with salt and turmeric powder inside. This time I stirred it again for a while and put some water in it. This time I put tengra fish inside it. Now I will move it well for a while. So I have been taken away. This time I have given enough water inside it. Now I will fake it for a while.

After a while, the bulk came out. Now I have given the eggplant cut into pieces inside it. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while, stir it well with cumin paste and burn it again for a while. After a while the broth is completely reduced. This time I took it down from the stove.

So I have easily made eggplant cooking with fish. This time I am serving in a container. And that's how I cooked first. So even if it is cooked for the first time, it tastes much better.
