Welcome to my blog today on the menu is a very special vegan recipe, healthy and tasty. This is probably the richest source of nutritional essence that a person needs in his life.
Cauliflower made with Spices - Aloo gobhi
Cauliflower is one of the richest form of iron and potassium and also this is very good for digestive problems. Also, it is a great form of nutrients like Vitamins, manganese, fibre and many other. The dish is very tasty and it is the best form of green vegetables that you can make you tots bite healthy. Let me just quickly take you through the recipe.
Ingredients :
- Roughly chopped Cauliflower.
- Potato roughly chopped.
- Salt to taste.
- Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp.
- Garam masala 1 tbsp.
Aloo gobi is one of my all-time favorite dishes. I've even made it with cassava instead of potatoes, and it's also very nice. ooh yummy, thank you so much for posting this... I've been searching for a quick (and easy) vegetable curry. Cauliflower and potato was the vegetable combination I had in mind AND it's Vegan, this will definitely be included in our meal plans
