Hello to all my lovely friends in this #foodiesbeehive community. Once again, I'm here to share with you this delicious and quick recipe for buñuelos, something that is eaten every day here in Colombia. You can usually find them piping hot in any bakery, so tonight I decided to make this delicious treat.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Hola a todos mis lindos amigo de esta comunidad de #foodiesbeehive nuevamente por esta linda comunidad para compartir con ustedes esta rica preparación rápida de buñuelos algo que se consume a diario aquí en Colombia y lo sueles conseguir bien calentitos aquí en cualquier panadería así que esta noche me tocó hacer esta Rica, preparación.

Since it comes almost instantly, just add the water and cheese according to the amount of grams in the mixture, which would be 300 g of powder in the mixture corresponding to 300 g of cheese. It was the first time I had made something like this, and I can tell you that the mixture has a texture similar to cornstarch mixed with water. It starts out liquid and thickens as you add the cheese. Once you achieve the desired consistency, make small balls and add them to a pan with hot oil, letting them brown to your liking.

ya que viene casi de manera instantanea solo agregar el agua y el queso según la cantidad de gramos de la mezcla vendría siendo que por los 300 g de polvo de la mezcla corresponden 300 g de queso. Era la primera vez que yo preparaba algo así y la mezcla, le puedo decir que es una textura como mezclar la fécula de maíz en agua y el cual queda así de líquida va tomando consistencia espesa a medida que le vayas agregando el queso, una vez conseguida la consistencia deseada se hacen unas pequeñas bolitas y se van agregando un sartén en aceite caliente y dejándolo a dorar al gusto

notaran que el buñuelo duplica su volumen al estar en contacto con el aceite caliente Puedo decir que me quedaron muy ricos y bien dorados, les, pues decir que la caja de 300 GR rinde aproximadamente para 20 buñuelos claro esta que también depende del tamaño a realizarse. Se ven muy buenos tus buñuelos, doraditos y con bastante queso, el queso derretido es mu debilidad.

Así es amiga quedaron muy Rico’s era mi primera vez preparandolos asi que pase la prueba
