B unique Cozumel dinner

This was possibly one of the nicest things i ate whilst in mexico. Food can be nice but you know its rly good when you eat it and are like wow I need to eat this again right now. My bf even felt the same when he’s a big meat eater. They weren’t actually vegan as had some cream cheese in which I didn’t notice when I ordered as the physical menu was in Spanish but I’m personally ok if I slip up now and again, especially in foreign countries it’s quite a bit harder.

They are Vietnamese vegetable rolls

They also had a special vegan section with vegan main dishes on

I chose the mushroom dish although the rice wraps have a special place in my heart it was all delicious.

The price was actually really good considering, I ate at many standard cafes and had some really bad to average food for the same price as these individual dishes. The worst meal I had heard, I wish I had photographed it was 3 tiny folded with awful veg inside and a cold, horrible tasting tomato sauce that I’m sure came from a jar so the bread was just soggy and cold, these rolls were the same price as that!

The setting is also stunning and I believe they have an offer where you can pay 300 pesos to access the hot tub and pool for 3 hours which includes a voucher you can put towards food and drinks. So even if your not staying at the hotel i would say it’s definitely worth it.

We also had coconut lattes with it, we don’t drink really but both love coffee!

Then after you can take a dip in the infinity pool.
