Today I will share with you a very easy, quick and extremely tasty recipe from my mother's culinary repertoire - Meatballs over mashed potatoes π
How to prepare:
Peel the potatoes , boil them + 1TSP salt , and then mash them.
Shape the meatballs.Heat a little sunflower oil and fry them until golden brown
Greace the try and spread the mashed potatoes evenly , lay the meatballs on the potato base.
Add mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 180C 10min. before bake. Bake until golden brown.
Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
600g Pork mince or another of your choice
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Egg
Parsley
Salt
Black&White pepper
4tsp Breadcrumbs
Paprika
Summer savory
2tsp Cumin
For the mash potatoes:
9-10 Medium size potatoes
100ml Whole fresh milk
salt
black pepper
For the tomato sauce:
2 Galic cloves
2-3tbsp Tomato puree
Salt
For the top:
150g Mozzarella cheese
