Hi folks, today we make butter chicken at home that tastes absolutely delicious and share its recipe with you. Take 300-400 gm of raw chicken and wash it properly under running water.
Now marinate the chicken with half of lemon, chilli powder and salt. Now second marination three four table spoon of curd, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, crushed kasuri methi, oil and garam masala and refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs. Longer it is marinated more it is more softer and melts in mouth.
Now take 4-5 tomatoes and 50-75 gm of cashew or says 10-12 pieces of cashews. Grind it well in a grinder and make a paste.
Now we take the grind tomato cashew paste and put it in strainer so that we can separate seeds and not grinding pieces.
Now put some butter, add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in cauldron. Now put marinated chicken in the cauldron and fry it.
Now take tomato cashew strained paste and put some sugar, red chilli, salt and garam masala in it and cook it till it become thick.
Now put your cooked chicken in it and cook it for few minutes.
Now add a cup of water in it and cook it for another 10-15 minutes.
And here is your delicious butter chicken is ready. You can serve it with butter and garlic naan. Serve with onions, and mint sauce. Have it and enjoy this delicious butter chicken. WOW
