Home made Bread Pakora (Indian Fried Snack)

Bread Pakora is a Indian fried snack. It can be served in breakfast as well as in evening snacks.

Take four big table spoon of gram flour in a bowl.

Now put one tea spoon of salt, one tea spoon of red chilli and one tea spoon of dry coriander.

Also put some carom seed for flavour and digestion.

Now take half cup of normal water and stir it well till we get a normal paste. We can add more water if the mixture is hard.

Now take white bread slices and cut in triangular shape.

Now take the oil in a cauldron and put it on gas stove or burner and boiled it . Now take the bread slice and dip it into the gram flour mixture and put it into boiled oil to cook it. When it become cooked take it out. It will take 1-2 minutes to be cooked.

Now serve it with Indian spice mix called chat masala consist of dry mango powder, cumin, coriander, black salt, asafetida and chilli powder sprinkle all over the bread pakora and serve it with Tomato sauce or mint sauce.

You can also use stuffing in it of mashed boiled potatoes or slice of cottage cheese. But it is also taste well when served as shown. So here your tasty morning breakfast or evening snack is ready to eat. I am sure u love it.
