Sponge Gourd Balls Curry ( Ghiye ke kofte)

We take the sponge Gourd and shred it on shredder and mix it with 4 table spoons of Gram Flour and spices like salt, chilli, dried coriander, dry mango etc. No water added in this as sponge gourd is having enough water.

Make balls of the mixture and deep fry it in oil till it become golden brown.

Now make curry and for that take four onions, 2 tomatoes, fine cutted green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 5-10 minutes and put all the deep fried balls in that and your tasty cuisine ready of Sponge Gourd balls curry.
