Buen día a todos. Es increíble poder compartir con ustedes una vez más. Hoy quiero mostrarle un desayuno muy rico. Arepa con ensalada de salmón. Acá en Venezuela es muy común comer esa ensalada de atún o salmón.

Para la preparación de la harían. Solo utilizamos
*Harina
*Sal
*Agua
Y para la ensalada
*Tomates
*Cebolla
*Sal
*Salmón

Empezamos preparando la masa para las arepa. Agregamos en un envase grande la harina Junto con un toque de sal. Luego Vamos agregando el agua poco a poco y vamos removiendo con nuestras manos. Hasta formar una masa que esté bien compactada. Luego haces bolitas en tus manos y vas dando la forma redondita. En un Vudal ya bien calentado pones las arepas

En un recipiente más pequeño picamos la cebolla y el tomate en círculos muy fino.

Con ayuda de un cuchillo abrimos las latas de salmón y Agregamos junto los tomates y cebolla ya picada y desmenuzamos bien.

Agregamos la sal dos cucharadas grande de mayonesa, movemos hasta unir todo bien. Ya lista guardamos por unos minutos

Mientras las arepas de hacen. Deben ir volteando cada cierto tiempo para que se hagan bien. De ambos lados.
