Buenos Días amigos hoy les enseñaré a hacer unas ricas empanadas. En mi País Venezuela son muy Populares para El Desayuno

Good morning friends, today I will teach you how to make some delicious empanadas. In my Country Venezuela they are very Popular for Breakfast



Ingredientes / Ingredients

  • 2 tazas Harina de maiz amarillo
  • 1 cucharada pequeña sal
  • 4 cucharitas harina de trigo de trigo
  • 1 pequeña pizca de azúcar
  • Algún relleno de su preferencia
  • Aceite Vegetal para freír nuestras empanadas
  • 2 cups Cornmeal "yellow"
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 1 small pinch of sugar
  • Some filling of your preference
  • Vegetable oil to fry our empanadas


Procedimiento / Process

  • Paso 1: Tomamos nuestro bol añadimos 2 tazas de harina de maíz, agua 1 taza (si se pone dura la masa añade más agua” y vamos amasando. Colócale la sal, las 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo y la pizca de azúcar

Step 1: We take our bowl, add 2 cups of corn flour, 1 cup water (if the dough gets hard, add more water ”and knead it. Add the salt, the 4 tablespoons of wheat flour and the pinch of sugar.

  • Paso 2: Toma una bolsa carta las esquinas y colócale aceite vegetal para que no se nos pegue la masa en la bolsa.

Step 2: Take a bag with the corners and put vegetable oil on it so that the dough does not stick to the bag.

  • Paso 3: Coloca una bola de masa y ve aplastando con tus manos hasta que quede uniforme la masa

Step 3: Place a ball of dough and press with your hands until the dough is uniform

  • Paso 4: Puedes hacer tu relleno de preferencia. Pollo, queso, carne mechada etc.. el de su preferencia.

Step 4: You can make your filling of preference. Chicken, cheese, shredded meat etc ... the one of your preference.

  • Paso 5: Coloca el relleno de tu preferencia encima de la masa.
  • Tomamos el lado sobrante de la bolsa y lo doblamos uniformemente. Y con un vaso o plato cortamos las orillas de la empanada.

Step 5: Place the filling of your choice on top of the dough.
We take the excess side of the bag and fold it evenly. And with a glass or plate we cut the edges of the pie.

  • Paso 6: Debemos lograr que quede así. Y las llevamos a freír a fuego medio con suficiente aceite. Hasta que estén doradas

Step 6: We must make it look like this. And we take them to fry over medium heat with enough oil. Until they're golden
