Muy buenos días🌞 Queridos amigos de Foodiesbeehive espero estén muy bien hoy le enseñare a hacer una torta que me traslada directamente a mi infancia. Ingredientes / Ingredients

  • 400 grs pan
  • 900 ml leche entera
  • 240 grs azúcar
  • 4 huevos
  • 1 cda vainilla
  • 200 grs pasitas
    Caramelo
  • 20 grs azúcar
  • 400 grs bread
  • 900 ml whole milk
  • 240 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 200 g raisins
    Candy
  • 20 grams sugar


Procedimiento / Process

  • Paso 1: Precalentamos el horno a 180° C

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C

  • Paso 2: Picamos nuestro pan en trozos pequeños

Step 2: We chop our bread into small pieces

  • Paso 3: Cubrimos con la leche y dejamos en remojo durante 15 minutos.

Step 3: We cover with the milk and let it soak for 15 minutes.

  • Paso 4: Llevamos a la batidora los huevos, el azúcar y la vainilla, mezclamos todo muy bien.

Step 4: We take the eggs, sugar and vanilla to the mixer, mix everything very well.

  • Paso 5: Unimos ambas mezclas muy bien y por último agregamos las pasas. Reservamos.

  • Paso 6: En un molde de 20 cm de diámetro colocamos los 20 gr de azúcar restante y llevamos al fuego hasta hacer un caramelo de color dorado intenso. Dejamos enfriar.

  • Paso 7: Al endurecer el caramelo vertemos nuestra mezcla y llevamos al horno por 45 minutos.

  • Paso 8: Pasado este tiempo, retiramos del horno y dejamos reposar 10 minutos para luego desmoldarla aún caliente.
