It's my first time ordering and eating a bone marrow in a restaurant called Choobi2x in Robinsons Place in my hometown back in the Philippines.
It has a rich, slightly sweet flavor with a smooth texture and is often served alongside toast or used as a base for soup but the one they serve me comes with a piece of sweet corn and I just found out that it has a lot of health benefits, It contains a substantial amount of good fats and energy and also a good source of protein. Its very delicious and I highly recommend it.
