Coconut is a tropical fruit inside it contains the pulp and water, coconut water is a refreshing drink and contains many nutritional properties.
Ingredients
- 2 coconuts
- 1 pineapple
- Sugar to taste
Preparation
- Extract the pulp from the coconut and grate on the fine side of the grater, set aside.
- Wash and peel the pineapple. Grate on the coarse side of the grater or cut into squares.

- Place the grated pineapple and sugar to taste in a pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
- Add the grated coconut when the pineapple thickens, continue cooking without stopping stirring until everything is cooked, thick and with very little syrup.
Remove from heat, serve and enjoy a delicious coconut pineapple fudge.
