Juices are a nice way to eat fruits, I like the taste and texture of fruit pulps in drinks, the combination of Mango with Pineapple is a delicious mix.
Both fruits are a rich source of vitamins and nutrients, among which Vitamin C stands out, Mango has digestive properties and Pineapple is anti-inflammatory.
For the preparation of Mango Juice with Pineapple we will need:
Ingredients
4 large Mangoes
4 pineapple slices
1 liter of water
Sugar to taste
Preparation
Wash and peel the Mangoes
Remove the pulp
Peel the pineapple, wash and cut into slices
Place the Mango and Pineapple pulp in the blender, add 1/2 liter of water and sugar, mix until everything is integrated.
Strain the preparation, place in a large jug and add water to complete 1 liter, add ice cubes if you prefer.
Serve cold.

Los jugos son una agradable forma de ingerir las frutas, me gusta el sabor y la textura de las pulpas de frutas en las bebidas, la combinación del Mango con la Piña es una deliciosa mezcla.
Ambas frutas son una rica fuente de vitaminas y nutrientes entre las que destaca la Vitamina C, el Mango tiene propiedades digestivas y la Piña desinflamatorias.
Para la preparación del Jugo de Mango con Piña necesitaremos:
Ingredientes
4 Mangos grandes
4 Rebanadas de Piña
1 Litro de agua
Azúcar al gusto
Preparación
Lavar y pelar los Mangos
Retirar la pulpa
Pelar la Piña, lavar y cortar en rebanadas
Colocar la pulpa de Mango y la Piña en la licuadora, agregar 1/2 litro de agua y el azúcar, mezclar hasta que se integre todo.
Colar la preparación, colocar en una jarra grande y agregar agua hasta completar 1 litro, agregue cubos de hielo si lo prefiere.
Sirva frío
