Good Evening ,
I want to share how I cook stew the Nigerian ways. First of all I will talked about the

ingredients.
1): Chicken

2): Fresh Tomatoes /peppers

    THE COOKING PROCESS

First thing is to blend the tomatoes and pepper.

This is the Tomato and Pepper after blending it into tomatoes paste

Then I cut the chicken into piece and steam it

After then I fry the chicken

Then I cook the Tomato paste to reduce excess water

Then I mix the chicken and tomato paste together and cook for 20 minutes

Then Nigeria Stew is ready

Join let eat together
