In the Philippines pig brain is a famous ingredient for a certain recipe paired with hanging rice. I haven't tried hot pot in my entire life. 😁 Maybe, I should try it soon because I am tempted with what you've eaten there.

Hot pot is good to eat when starving. I on the other hand usually ended up eating too much 🥹🤣.
