gm! Since I arrive to Chiang Mai, I have been hearing about this place forever, SP Chicken. Not fried chicken, Grilled. Not regular grilled chicken, charcoal grill! Not your regular chicken either, it's younger and more tender. Finally I had a chance to go try!
Now I know why it's so famous. Not just because the uniqueness of how ruthless the owner lady who gets the order (People talk about this selling point a lot :D) but because the food preparation seems clean, the place is also clean, the food is decent and the best one on the table, of course, the Chicken! It marinated good, cooked to perfection, and for the fact that they use smaller chicken, it's so tender.
Other things, we got spicy bamboo shoot salad, spicy liver salad (I know! Sounds too good right :D) and of course, sticky rice to go with all mentioned.
Overall, it's a quick lunch with such tasteful food. The chicken is hard to beat. Now I understand why it's quite well-known. Actually, a lot of the customers were foreigners just as many as Thai customers. One thing that I think worth mentioning is that, they got michelin stars! More like smaller not fancy kind of place level but it's gucc!
