There's a shortage in rice right now, and some of my friends saw there's already a mixed rice (XX% Japanese rice, XX% other country) being sold in the supermarket. I haven't tried it myself yet. We're lucky we still have Japanese rice left in our stock.

I'm sorry about the rice shortage in Japan. It's not nice to feel uncertain about food. I'm glad you have enough stock now. Yeah, my dish looks like a 'Wayou Secchuu' fusion style.😄
