Our trip brings us to Georgia. It is a very beautiful country. Here we laugh a lot and of course drink and eat a lot. Well, rather more drunk than eaten. One evening we even got a 5 liter gallon of homemade wine, already fierce. Nevertheless, I do not want to withhold the delicious pasta. Because I love pasta. It is extremely tasty and freshly prepared. No matter in the large or small supermarket, you can find these handmade treats.
I personally love the pasta with cheese sauce. But the locals also eat it just like that, cooked in steam. Sure I tried it and it tastes just as delicious. Here in the country there is equally good bread. of which I will post pictures soon. It is traditionally baked in an earth oven, it is a bit heavy, I think a lot of oil is in there.
In total we were 1 month in Georgia, it was still way too short, but the journey continued, because at the moment we are on the road to India.
What I found so great in Georgia is also the nature, but that comes in the next post...

Unsere Reise bringt uns nach Georgien. Es ist ein sehr schönes Land. Hier wird viel gelacht und natürlich viel getrunken und gegessen. Na ja, eher mehr getrunken als gegessen. Bei einem Abend haben wir sogar eine 5 Liter Galone selbst gemachten Wein bekommen, schon heftig. Dennoch möchte ich euch die leckere Pasta nicht vorenthalten. Denn ich liebe Pasta. Es ist extrem lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Egal im großen oder kleinen Supermarkt, kann man diese handgemachten Leckereien finden.
Ich persönlich liebe die Pasta mit Käse Soße. Die Einheimischen essen es aber auch einfach nur so, im Dampf gegart. Klar habe ich es probiert und es schmeckt ebenso lecker. Hier im Land gibt es ebenso gutes Brot. davon werde ich bald Bilder posten. Es wird traditionell im Erdofen gebacken, es ist ein bisschen schwer, ich glaube viel Öl ist da drin.
Insgesamt waren wir 1 Monat in Georgien, es war trotzdem viel zu kurz, aber die Reise ging weiter, denn im Moment sind wir auf dem Landweg nach Indien.
Ws ich so super fand in Georgien ist auch die Natur, aber das kommt im nächsten Post...
