This sweet soup shop has been open for a long time, but I only found out recently about it from a friend. I wondered why I didn't know about this shop before. For me, this is a fantastic sweet soup shop. Delicious sweet soup and the space is beautifully decorated with many trees.
Something about the Lien sweet soup (Chè Liên)
The Lien sweet soup is a Da Nang-based source. This is a well-known brand in Da Nang. Lien is the name of the woman who created this brand, so this brand has the name Chè Liên. This is the brand of sweet soup that everyone loves, and many visitors to Da Nang want to try it as well.
After talking with the shop's owner for a while, I discovered that all of the sweet soups here are imported from the main shop in Da Nang, and the owner of this shop is from Da Nang who has moved here to live and work.
The shop's decoration
This shop is located in a quiet alley surrounded by trees. The shop is also not too far back in the alley, from the main street turn right about 100m will see it. From the outside, there is a blue gate with a simple but lovely wooden fence. Inside, a row of birds of paradise flowers runs either side along of the entrance aisle and a row of grass along the aisle. Have you noticed that the flowers and the roofs are the same color? They look so good together, don't they?
This place reminds me of a rustic village scene. Everything from millstones to dried leaf roofs, red-tiled water wells, and rows of green bananas is used by the owner to decorate the shop in the style of a rustic village. Looking at the scene full of green trees like this, the owner must be a person who loves trees very much.
The green of the trees, the red of the bricks, and the striking blue of the doors and the gate are the main color tones of the shop. The owner carefully placed swings here so that families who visit can let their children play, and it is also a very beautiful decoration.
Because the shop is located in an alley and is decorated in a rustic village style, the atmosphere is so quiet and refreshing. Furthermore, this place is cool, we arrived here on a hot day, but once we sat under the row of banana plants, we felt cool, not hot anymore.
The sweet soups
The menu has a lot of sweet soup options, but because I like the durian Thai sweet soup, I ordered one and my friend did as well. This sweet soup item is also the brand's main item. When I lived in Da Nang, I tried the other items on this menu in the main shop, but the durian Thai sweet soup is my favorite.
The price for items is also very reasonable, ranging from 15.000 vnd to 25.000 vnd (0.65$ to 1$).
It's called Thai Thai sweet soup because it comes from Thailand. The taste is not too sweet, It tastes sweet and fatty. Coconut milk, durian, jaggery, and chewy jelly... are the main Thai sweet soup ingredients.
In short, I really like this place, there's nothing better on hot days than enjoying cool sweet soup dishes in a peaceful setting like this.

I used to eat Lien tea. It has a distinctive flavor and is very tasty. The style of the restaurant is decorated with bold colors of the country.
