Soup with lentils and smoked chicken π²π
Ingredients: meat π, potatoes π₯, onions π§ , carrots π₯, lentils, garlic π§, sunflower oil, bay leaf π, salt, pepper.
Boil water, add potatoes (peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes beforehand), wait until it boils. Wash lentils, pour into a saucepan. Fry the gravy in a pan: heat up the sunflower oil, chop the onion, boil the carrots, fry, add the grated garlic. Pour into a saucepan. Divide the meat into light pieces, add to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves π. Cook until tender. We remove the foam at each stage. When the potatoes are soft and the lentils are cooked, the soup is ready.
