Hoy les quiero compartir una #receta muy simple, y sencilla, pero muy deliciosa, como una opción para cena o desayuno, que a todos nos gusta; en especial a los pequeños; se trata de unas arepas de harina de maíz, rellenas de mantequilla y mortadela de carne frita.
Como buena venezolana; siempre preparo arepas en casa; es muy raro el día que no la prepare, bien sea en la cena o el desayuno; son muy sabrosas, y se pueden rellenar con todo lo que se nos pueda ocurrir, desde el relleno más complejo hasta el mas simple, como queso y mantequilla o la opción que les traigo hoy; que es mantequilla y mortadela frita; espero sea de su agrado.

Today I want to share with you a #recipe very simple, and easy, but very delicious, as an option for dinner or breakfast, that we all like; especially the little ones; it is a cornmeal arepas, filled with butter and fried meat mortadella.
As a good Venezuelan; I always prepare arepas at home; it is very rare the day that I do not prepare them, either for dinner or breakfast; they are very tasty, and can be filled with anything you can think of, from the most complex filling to the simplest, such as cheese and butter or the option I bring you today; which is butter and fried bologna; I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTES
Harina de maiz
mortadela de carne
mantequilla o margarina.
INGREDIENTS
Corn flour
meat mortadella
butter or margarine.
PREPARACIÓN
Colocar la harina en una taza, añadir sal y agua; amasar.
PREPARATION
Place the flour in a bowl, add salt and water; knead.
Tomar pequeñas porciones, darle forma redonda y aplanada.
Take small portions, shape it round and flattened.
En un budare engrasado con aceite, cocinar hasta que dore por ambos lados.
In a greased pan with oil, cook until golden brown on both sides.
Retirar del fuego, abrir, y agregar mantequilla.
Remove from heat, open, and add butter.
Cortar la mortadela , y freir en aceite caliente.
Cut the mortadella, and fry in hot oil.
Rellenar cada arepa con una rueda de mortadela.
Fill each arepa with a mortadella wheel.
Servir y disfrutar, este sencillo plato.
Serve and enjoy this simple dish.
