¡Aquí les traigo esta deliciosa receta estimados amigos de #Hive!. Una receta sana, sabrosa y fácil de hacer para comer a cualquier hora del día; las acelgas se recomiendan para la dieta, una alimentación balanceada debe contener clorofila y la acelga posee bastante, la crema de leche le da más sabor, si desean le pueden agregar de ingrediente jamón, sin embargo la quise hacer de esta manera y el resultado me encantó. Espero les guste mi receta y la disfruten.

- 1 paquete de acelgas, 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cajita de crema de leche.
- 1 package of chard, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 box of cream.

- Pelar y picar finamente los ajos.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Calentar el sartén con el aceite y agregar los ajos.
