El "Bizcocho Tren de la Navidad", traerá el nuevo año 2022 con buenas vibras y muchos deseos de armonía, paz, amor y salud para todos estimados amigos de #Hive. Aquí les muestro la receta y preparación de mi nueva dulce receta. Espero les guste y la disfruten.

- 1 taza de harina de trigo leudante, 1 taza de azúcar, 1 taza de azúcar pulverizada, 2 huevos, palitos dorados de caramelos, lluvia de colores, 2 caritas de Papá Noel, coco rallado, 1 cucharada de dulce de lechosa para el relleno, 6 galletas circulares para las ruedas.
- 1 cup self-rising wheat flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 eggs, brown candy sticks, shower of colors, 2 Santa Claus faces, grated coconut, 1 tablespoon of papaya sweet for the filling, 6 circular cookies for the wheels.

- Separar las yemas de las claras.
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- Batir las claras a punto de suspiros y agregar la azúcar lentamente.
- Beat the whites to the point of sighs and add the sugar slowly.
- Batir las yemas hasta que estén cremosas.
- Beat the yolks until they are creamy.
- Unir el merengue con las yemas.
- Join the meringue with the yolks.
- Incorporar la harina lentamente con movimientos envolventes.
- Add the flour slowly with enveloping movements.
- Verter la mezcla en una bandeja cuadrada y hornear.
- Pour the mixture into a square tray and bake.
- Colocar el bizcocho en un paño húmedo y refrigerarlo.
- Place the cake on a damp cloth and refrigerate it.
- Extenderlo y colocar el dulce de lechosa y volver enrollar.
- Extend it and place the papaya sweet and roll again.
- Hacer un merengue.
- Make a meringue.
- Y cubrir el bizcocho.
- And cover the cake.
- Colocar las ruedas con las galletas circulares.
- Place the wheels with the circular cookies.
- Colocamos las caritas de Papá Noel, hacer la chimenea con los palitos de caramelos.
- We place the Santa Claus faces, make the fireplace with the candy sticks.
- Rociar con lluvia de colores.
- Spray with rain of colors.
- Colocar sobre una base con coco rallado y adornar con arbolitos de galletas.
- Place on a base with grated coconut and garnish with cookie trees.
