Aquí les presento una de las recetas tradicionales venezolanas, que es utilizar la carne desmechada como comida principal para acompañar con lo que tengamos, sea comerla con arroz, rellenar las arepas, hacer empanadas de carne desméchada, pabellón criollo, etc. Aquí les explico cual es mi método de preparación y mi receta, muy rápida y fácil de preparar. - 500 grs de carne para desmechar, 2 tomates, 1 pimentón rojo, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 cebolla, 4 granos de ajo, 6 ajíes amarillos, sal al gusto, 1 cucharada de aceite.
- 500 grams of meat to shred, 2 tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 onion, 4 grains garlic, 6 yellow sweet peppers, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon oil.

- Cocinamos la carne con abundante agua y sal al gusto por 1 hora hasta que ablande.
- Cook the meat with plenty of water and salt to taste for 1 hour until tender.
- Retiramos la carne al estar blanda.

- Desmechamos la carne con ayuda de un tenedor para que quede más fina y reservamos.
- We shred the meat with the help of a fork to make it finer and reserve.
- Cortamos finamente los tomates y el pimentón.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and bell pepper.
- Igualmente cortamos los ajos, cebolla y ajíes dulces.
- We also cut the garlic, onion and sweet peppers.
- Cortamos el cebollín y cilantro.
- Cut the chives and coriander.
- En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite y agregamos los ingredientes, mezclamos y sofreímos a temperatura media por 5 min y ¡Listo!.
- In a frying pan we add a drizzle of oil and add the ingredients, mix and fry at medium temperature for 5 min and that's it!.
