1 brócoli, 1/4 kilo de costillas de res, 3 tomates maduros, 1/2 cebolla, 1 zanahoria, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ramito de cebollín, 4 ajíes dulces, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 ramito de cilantro, sal al gusto, cúrcuma en polvo, aceite, agua.
1 broccoli, 1.10 lbs of beef ribs, 3 ripe tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 4 peppers sweets, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of coriander, salt to taste, turmeric powder, oil, water.

Hervimos las costillas de res hasta ablandar.
We boil the beef ribs until tender.
Reservamos las costillas de res.
We reserve the beef ribs.
Rallamos los tomates y cebolla. Cortamos finamente los ajos, cebollín, cilantro, ajíes dulces y pimentón.
Grate the tomatoes and onion. Finely chop the garlic, chives, coriander, sweet peppers and bell pepper.
Cortamos en trozos el brócolí y zanahoria.
We cut the broccoli and carrot into pieces.
En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y añadimos los ajos, cebolla y cebollín, sofreímos por 3 min.
In a frying pan add a splash of oil, heat and add the garlic, onion and chives, fry for 3 min.
Añadimos los ajíes dulces, pimentón y tomates.
We add the sweet peppers, bell pepper and tomatoes.
Agregamos las costillas de res y mezclamos los ingredientes.
Add the beef ribs and mix the ingredients.
Incorporamos el brócoli y la zanahoria.
We incorporate the broccoli and the carrot.
Espolvoreamos la sal al gusto y la cúrcuma en polvo.
Sprinkle salt to taste and turmeric powder.
Agregamos 3 tazas de agua.
We add 3 cups of water.
Cocinamos a fuego medio por 30 min.
We cook over medium heat for 30 min.
Cortamos y añadimos el cilantro.
Cut and add the coriander.
Apagamos y servimos al gusto.
We turn off and serve to taste.
