Hoy les traigo un desayuno completo para iniciar la semana; este platillo lleva una combinación de huevos, salchichas y tocineta que combinada con los vegetales y agregando la tradicional arepa, hacen un excelente desayuno típico venezolano. - 3 huevos, 2 salchichas, 3 tiras de tocineta, 1 cebolla, 1 ahí dulce, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 trocito de pimentón rojo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceites, 3 huevos.
- 3 eggs, 2 sausages, 3 bacon strips, 1 onion, 1 sweet pepper, 1 chive sprig, 1 cilantro sprig, 1 piece of red paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, 3 eggs.

- Cortar las salchichas en rueditas.
- Cut the sausages into rounds.
- Cortar las tiras de tocineta en trocitos.
- Cut the bacon strips into small pieces.
- Colocar lo anteriormente cortado en un sartén y llevar al fuego para que la tocineta suelte la grasa.
- Place the previously cut in a pan and bring to the fire so that the bacon releases the fat.
- Cortar finamente todos los aliños.
- Thinly slice all dressings.
- Agregar los aliños al sartén con las salchichas y tocineta y dejar por 3 minutos.

- Batir los huevos.
- Beat the eggs.
- Añadir la sal a los huevos.
- Add the salt to the eggs.
- Incorporar los huevos al sofrito mezclar por 3 minutos.
