Today's dal recipe😊

Hello friends, hope you all are healthy and happy and living a happy and peaceful life.

Friends, today I am going to cook yellow dal which is considered to be one of the well-known dals of Indian cuisine and which is consumed all over India and is one of the favorite dals of many people here, which we are going to make today, so let's start the recipe of making this dal today, so first of all, what thing are you going to put in it or what ingredients are going to be used in it, I am going to tell you about that.

The list of ingredients is as follows.

  1. Yellow dal

  2. Malka

  3. Garlic

  4. Ginger

  5. Oil

  6. Green chilli

  7. Turmeric

  8. Coriander

  9. Kitchen King Masala

  10. Kasturi Methi

  11. Cumin

  12. Tomato

  13. Onion

The method of making it is something like this

First of all we have taken onion, garlic, tomato, green chilli, ginger, we have to chop them all finely. If we talk about quantity, here two people are going to eat, so I have taken one piece of onion, cleared garlic and ginger and three green chillies and I have taken one small piece of tomato here and have chopped them finely.

After that, I put two spoons of oil in a cooker and after it got heated a bit, I added a spoon of cumin seeds in it.

After that, I added finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies and fried them. After that, I had kept the spices in a bowl to soak, so I added them too after 10 minutes and let the spices cook for about 5 minutes.

I let the spices cook on a low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes and added a little water to it so that the spices do not gel and get cooked well. I let the spices cook till the oil that we had put in it comes on top of the spices and after that, I added about six spoons of lentils to it.

I had added lentils and since it was said to be for two people, so after cooking the spices for about 15 minutes, I added lentils to it. After about 4-5 whistles, our dal was ready and we ate it with rice.
