Welcome to my blog dear Hive family, today I want to share with you this delicious recipe for Chinese bread, which I have always liked since I was a child and bring back memories when my father took us to eat Chinese food and the first thing I ate was the Chinese bread with Maracay butter that came in small squares, it was super delicious.
So today I bring you this recipe so you can make them at home, let's get to work.
Ingredientes:
- 500 gramos de harina si es panadera mejor.
- 1 Huevo
- Levadura
- 90grs de Azúcar
- 259ml de Agua Tibia
- 5 grs de Sal
- 50ml de Aceite vegetal
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of flour if it is baker's flour better.
- 1 egg
- Yeast
- 90 grams of sugar
- 259ml of warm water
- 5 grams of salt
- 50ml of vegetable oil
Paso a Paso / Step by Step
The first thing to do is to put the yeast with a fourth part of warm water and a spoonful of sugar, cover it and place it in a dark place and wait for it to ferment for 10 minutes.
We will now place the flour in a bowl and open a kind of volcano, here we place the sugar and an egg.
We also add the oil and mix a little, add the yeast and the rest of the lukewarm water.
We take it to a table or a board and knead until the dough is a little smooth.
When it is ready, we take it to a previously oiled bowl and leave it covered for an hour so that the dough can rise.
When the hour has passed, we take out the dough and knead it again for 2 minutes to let the air out, then we divide the dough into 15 portions and put them on a tray and cover them with a plastic bag and leave them there for another 1 hour so that they grow.
We beat an egg and varnished the breads and now in the oven for 25 minutes, when they begin to look golden brown they are ready.
These breads are best placed in a rectangular pan, however as I don't have them I put them in a circular one, so they are not as elongated as they should be, however they look good!
Finally, when we take out the breads, we paint them with a little butter and they are ready to eat.
