Vegetarian delight- Sponge gourd Home made Spicy Recipe

Good food has a great effect on human health and life. We sometimes like to eat very expensive food. But I've noticed that food is expensive at the moment. When you go to an expensive restaurant to eat. And if we prepare the same expensive food at home, we will find it cheaper.
Today I will teach you how to make my favorite vegetable Sponge gourd very easily.
It is also called green tori in my language . And also called Ghia Tori but i think it is English name is Sponge gourd.
Sponge gourd are very useful for health.
Today I will tell you how we can cook Sponge gourd in a few minutes.
today is October 27 ,2020 on Tuesday , i specially prepared it for my Foodies Bee Hive community , so hope you all will enjoy my today recipe of Sponge gourd in easy way with the help of few ingredients.

here i want to tell you that i do not like a lot of ingredients in recipe i always used few ingredients in cooking because many ingredients just increase the taste of food but we could not find real taste of main ingredients at the time of eating

i tried my best to take photos of every step to make this recipe easy to my reader , food lover. so if you find any mistake , you can guide me in comments area, i appreciate guide line, because guide line shine the skills, so i am going to cook Sponge gourd in my own simple style , that will bring original taste of Sponge gourd at the time of eating it.



INGREDIENTS

This will require the following ingredients . And all of these ingredients are present in every home kitchen.

  • Sponge gourd

  • Salt as needed because some people eat more salt in their diet and some less so use as needed. Patients with high blood pressure should use less salt.

  • Red chili. To make the food a little spicy

  • Oil or olive oil. I have used olive oil.

  • Green chilli

  • Tomatoes. I want to tell you that some people use tomatoes in this food and some do not. I like it.

  • Pulses. If you want to use a little lentils.

  • A tablespoon of turmeric powder

  • A large onion

اجزاء

اس کے لئے درج ذیل اجزاء کی ضرورت ہوگی۔ اور یہ سب اجزا گھر کے ہر باورچی خانے میں موجود ہیں۔

  • ٹوریان

  • نمک ضرورت کے مطابق کیونکہ کچھ لوگ اپنی غذا میں نمک زیادہ کھاتے ہیں اور کچھ ضرورت کے مطابق استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ ہائی بلڈ پریشر کے مریضوں کو نمک کا استعمال کم کرنا چاہئے۔

  • سرخ مرچ۔ کھانے کو تھوڑا سا مسالہ بنانا

  • تیل یا زیتون کا تیل۔ میں نے زیتون کا تیل استعمال کیا ہے۔
    Green ہری مرچ

  • ٹماٹر میں آپ کو بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ کچھ لوگ اس کھانے میں ٹماٹر استعمال کرتے ہیں اور کچھ نہیں۔ مجھے یہ پسند ہے.

  • دالیں۔ اگر آپ تھوڑی دال کا استعمال کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
    meric ایک چمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر

  • ایک بڑی پیاز


میں نے ان اجزاء کی تصویر بنائی ، آپ نسخے کے اجزاء دیکھ سکتے ہیں ، ، سب بہت آسان اجزاء ہیں ، آپ ہر باورچی خانے میں پاسکتے ہیں ، آپ کو کوئی خاص اجزاء خریدنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ، لہذا میں وعدہ کرتا ہوں کہ یہ آسان اجزاء آپ کو زبردست اصل عطا کریں گے کھانے کی فطرت کا ذائقہ

i made picture of these ingredients, you can see ingredients of the recipe,, all are very simple ingredients, you can find in every kitchen, you do not need to buy any special ingredients, so i promise these simple ingredients will give you great original nature taste of food

How to cook Sponge gourd , Method of cooking Sponge gourd

Now I will show you how to make it. It is very easy to make.

  • First, wash all vegetables thoroughly with water.
  • Then dry the vegetables.
    Peel a Sponge gourd, grate it and cut it into small pieces. You can see in the pictures how I cut the scales.
  • Cut green peppers, tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
    When all the ingredients are cut, then put a little oil in a pot and fry the onion in it first.
    When the onions are browned, put all the other ingredients together in the browned onions.
    Add green pepper, turmeric, salt and red pepper.
    Now mix all the ingredients with a spoon.

Put the pot on low heat and close the lid from the top.

food will be ready in twenty to thirty minutes and enjoy it with hot wheat bread.

now i am going to on the fire at low level, and i will put the my pot on the fire, then i will brown the onion first, you can see in below photo my onion are getting brown on low heat,

now you can see in above picture , my onion are getting brown, and now i am going to put all remaining ingredients in the brown onion, so now put all tomatoes, green chilli, salt all into pot, you can see how i am mixing all ingredients in brown onion

you can see in above below pictures my last steps that i am mixing all ingredients , wow i love this type of cooking, it is very much easy and our traditional way of cooking it

سپنج لوکی کو کیسے پکائیں ، اسفنج لوکی کو پکانے کا طریقہ
اب میں آپ کو دکھاتا ہوں کہ اسے کیسے بنایا جائے۔ یہ بنانا بہت آسان ہے۔

پہلے سبھی سبزیوں کو پانی سے اچھی طرح دھو لیں۔
پھر سبزیاں خشک کریں۔
ایک سپنج لوکی کا چھلکا چھلکیں ، اس کو کدوکش کریں اور چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔ آپ تصویروں میں دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ میں نے کیسے ترازو کاٹا ہے۔
ہری مرچ ، ٹماٹر اور پیاز کو چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
جب سارے اجزاء کٹ جائیں تو پھر برتن میں تھوڑا سا تیل ڈالیں اور اس میں پہلے پیاز کو بھونیں۔
جب پیاز بھورا ہوجائیں تو ، باقی تمام اجزاء کو بھورے ہوئے پیاز میں ڈال دیں۔
ہری مرچ ، ہلدی ، نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈالیں۔
اب تمام اجزاء کو ایک چمچ میں مکس کرلیں۔

now at this stage, covered the pot and at least for 20 to 30 mints, then you can eat it with hot wheat bread, i love this food with hot hot wheat bread, so dear my friends , i have great hope that you will like my this home recipe , i learnt it from my great mother, she is very much good cook and i learnt many food from my mother, i am not professional chef qualified but i can cook many my local my favourite food, so it is our local style to cook it, thank you very much for stopping by my post .
