Deliciosa receta de Sopa de Costillas de Res / Delicious recipe for Beef Ribs Soup

Hoy es domingo y nos reuniremos en familia, por lo tanto, nada mejor que preparar una deliciosa sopa, hay muchos estilos y muchas maneras de prepararlas, cada familia le da su toque personal colocándoles los ingredientes de su preferencia. Por eso, aquí hoy te presento mi receta de sopa de costilla de res. A continuación, les presento el siguiente paso a paso. ¡Vamos a comenzar!

Hello dear #FoodiesBeeHive community.Today is Sunday and we will meet as a family, therefore, nothing better than preparing a delicious soup, there are many styles and many ways to prepare them, each family gives it their personal touch by adding the ingredients of their choice. Therefore, here today I present my recipe for beef rib soup. This is very nutritious and is ideal for any occasion. Here is the next step by step. Let's get started!


Ingredientes:
• 4 kilos de costillas de res
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
• 2 cebollas
• 7 ajíes
• 2 tallo de ajoporro, cilantro y cebollín
• 4 hojitas de culantro
• 1 cabeza de ajo
• 1 1/2 kg de verduras (yuca, ocumo, auyama, chimbombo)
• Agua suficiente para cubrir las costillas

Ingredients:
• 4 kilos of beef ribs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 onions
• 7 peppers
• 2 leek stems, cilantro and chives
• 4 culantro leaves
• 1 head of garlic
• 1 1/2 kg of vegetables (cassava, ocumo, pumpkin, chimbombo)
• Enough water to cover the ribs

Paso 1
Corta todos los vegetales en pedacitos (cebolla, ajoporro, cilantro, cebollín, ají y culantro).

Step 1
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces (onion, leek, cilantro, chives, chili and culantro)..


Paso 2
Coloca las costillas limpias en una olla para ablandar la carne y que se separe con facilidad del hueso; añade suficiente agua que las cubra, agrega sal, pimienta y cebolla al gusto. Cocinar a fuego medio por 1 hora.

Step 2
Place cleaned ribs in pot to soften meat so it falls off the bone easily; add enough water to cover them, add salt, pepper and onion to taste. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.


Paso 3
Transcurrida la hora añade la mitad de los vegetales (cebolla, ajoporro, cilantro, cebollín, ají y el culantro). Vuelve a añadir pimienta y sal.

Step 3
After the hour has elapsed, add half of the vegetables (onion, leek, cilantro, chives, peppers and culantro). Add pepper and salt again.



Paso 4
Pela los ajos y córtalos en pedacitos. Con la ayuda del cuchillo tritúralos. Luego agrégale una cucharadita de sal y continúa triturándolos hasta formar una especie de pasta. Aagrégala a la sopa.

Step 4
Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. With the help of the knife crush them. Then add a teaspoon of salt and continue grinding them until they form a kind of paste. Add it to the soup.



Paso 5
Añade las verduras picadas y el resto de los vegetales. Una vez que vayas probando el sabor de la sopa, ve ajustando la sal y pimienta si es necesario.

Step 5
Add the chopped vegetables and the rest of the vegetables. Once you taste the flavor of the soup, adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.


Paso 6
Cuando las verduras estén blandas, agrega los chimbombos. Deja cocinar por 10 minutos y rectifica la sal y pimienta cuando esté lista.

When the vegetables are soft, add the chimbombos. Let cook for 10 minutes and adjust the salt and pepper when ready.


Paso 7
Servir, tienes la opción de acompañar la sopa con arepa o casabe.

La sopa ya está lista, y ha quedado deliciosa con muy buen sabor, las costillas de res junto con las verduras hacen que este sea un plato muy completo, con proteínas, vitaminas y fibra, que aportan propiedades beneficiosas para la salud.
