Hello beautiful people of the Hive community, how happy I am to be here again sharing content with you, today I bring you a recipe that many of you will like, without further ado let's begin
•Harina de Maíz (Harina pan)
•El rellenó de tú preferencia
•Sal al gustó
•Aceite
Ingredients
•Corn Flour (Bread flour)
•The filling of your preference
•Salt to taste
•Oil
Preparation:
✓In a bowl add water with half a teaspoon of salt.
✓Add the corn flour (bread flour) to the water.
✓Knead until a homogeneous, compact and soft dough is formed (if more flour is needed, add a little more).
✓In a plastic bag, stretch a ball of dough with your hands until you have a circle.
✓Add the filling of your choice, I used a sausage and ham stew.
✓Fold the circle into a semi-circle.
✓Mold with a round container to obtain the shape of the empanada.
✓In a frying pan with pre-heated oil, place the empanada to fry, wait until golden brown on each side.
And ready, a tasty dinner or breakfast, you can accompany your empanada with any sauce of your preference.
