Bolu kukus kacang ijo (Green bean steamed sponge)

How are you all hivers users around the world, on this occasion I will share a story about making green bean steamed sponge.

Material :

100 grams of key flour,
50 grams of green beans
130 ml of green bean cooking water
100 grams of sugar
1/4 spoon vanilla powder,
1/2 spoon of bking powder
1/4 baking soda, 50 ml olive oil / vco

  • boil the green beans until soft, don't waste the water

  • if it is soft, let it cool, blend the green beans + 130 ml of boiled water until smooth

* mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla until blended

* Enter the green beans in a blender, stir in the whisk until blended

 * Finally, add the olive oil, stir again until blended

 * heat the steamer, pour the dough into the steamed ball cup until it is full, 1 of this recipe becomes 7 small cups.

 * Put it in the hot steamer. Steam for 20 minutes, if using a regular steamer don't forget to cover the lid with a napkin, if it's cooked remove it from the steamer. Enjoy your friends.
