Greetings my friends, I want to leave here a delicious recipe for lunch or dinner.

We are going to prepare Sauteed Vegetables with Chicken in Oyster Sauce.

We will need:

1 small carrot.
1/2 zucchini.
Some celery stalks.
1/2 paprika.
5 broccoli florets.
1/2 red or white onion.
1/2 chicken breast.
Oyster sauce.
Necessary quantity of oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Wash and cut the carrot in julienne strips. Put them in a pot with water and cook them until they are soft.

Wash and cut the zucchini into julienne strips. We put them in boiling water and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Wash the broccoli very well and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Cut the bell pepper and the onion in julienne strips.

Cut the breast in small pieces and fry it in a frying pan with a little oil, add salt and pepper to taste.

When the chicken begins to color add the paprika and onion, fry for about 5 minutes more and add the vegetables we cooked first, add a good amount of oyster sauce and mix well.
Let it cook for 5 more minutes and this delicious dish is ready.

Saludos mis amigos, quiero dejarles por aquí una deliciosa receta para un almuerzo o una cena.

Vamos a preparar unos Vegetales Salteados con Pollo en Salsa de Ostras.

Necesitaremos:

1 zanahoria pequeña.
1/2 calabacín.
Algunos tallos de celery.
1/2 pimentón.
5 arbolitos de brócoli.
1/2 cebolla morada ó blanca.
1/2 pechuga de pollo.
Salsa de ostras.
Aceite cantidad necesaria.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Preparación:

Lavamos y cortamos la zanahoria en julianas. Llevamos a una olla con agua y las cocinamos hasta que estén blanditas.

Lavamos y cortamos el calabacín en julianas. Los metemos en agua hirviendo y los dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.

Lavamos muy bien el brócoli y lo metemos en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos.

Cortamos el pimentón y la cebolla en julianas.

Cortamos la pechuga en trozos pequeños y la ponemos a freír en un sartén con un poquito de aceite, le agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto.

Cuando el pollo empiece a agarrar color agregamos el pimentón y la cebolla, sofreímos unos 5 minutos más y agregamos los vegetales que cocinamos primero, le añadimos una buena cantidad de salsa de ostras y mezclamos muy bien.
Dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos más y tendremos listo este delicioso platillo.
