Seems that being a teacher in most countries is hard to get job and very underrated.

That means, it you don.t have the norm in one school, you will have to work in 2,3, even 4 (if your subject has just two classes per week, for example), which means that one who is in position like that in reality is spending much more time connected to work than it is officially recognized.
Salaries are the lowest in public sector, baby-sitter for one kid gets more per month.
