I bet you dont even remember this post, as I am responding after 5 days 😬 So we are on the teacher topic, about Mondays hahaha.
I think that the educational institution and the teachers have a lot to do with the motivation of their students; in short, it has never been totally pleasant to study hahaha, but it is certainly worth it.
Yes, the institution and the teachers have a big role in the motivation thing. It depends a lot on that interaction that a student gets, everything is easier if the teacher can present the subject in a pleasant and interesting way, so the student will have more interest too. But Mondays...oh 🤣 We should start to work always on Tuesdays, at least ;D
