Hola amigos espero que se encuentren muy, muy bien, hoy les compartiré mi experiencia en el evento Mujeres en Blockchain, Construyendo el futuro Juntas. Un evento que contó con Hive y apoyo de @valueplan. Formé parte de la organización y quizás les pueda contar próximamente un relato mucho más detallado de lo que conlleva organizar un evento, porque fueron semanas de organización trasbambalinas. Hive brilló una vez más en Lima principalmente porque son cada vez más las personas con las que me topo que ya tienen una cuenta en la blockchain o me han escuchado a mi o a otros compañeros y "ahora" sí desean crear su cuenta. Lo cual me hace muy pero muy feliz. Desde el año pasado vengo realizando sesiones de onboarding para los participantes de las iniciativas. Y para ayudar en el camino a quien lo necesite.
Pero volviendo al tema de este post, en esta ocasión conté con el apoyo de @carlab para hacer la presentación, una presentación enmarcada en resaltar el liderazgo femenino en Hive. Yo inicié la ponencia explicando qué era Hive y dando un poco de información sobre el ecosistema. Además @juantecocha nos apoyó con las fotos y videos mientras Carla y yo conversábamos, hicimos un excelente equipo.
Al finalizar la ponencia de Carla, las preguntas fueron bastante interesantes y nos tomamos el tiempo de contestar las curiosidades de los presentes. Quedando la invitación clara para ayudarles en su camino de ingreso a Hive, je, je, je tengo ese trabajo pendiente.
En el evento también nos encontramos a @gabrululu y a @nabu.doconosor2, fue un gusto verlos escuchar las ponencias y conocer más del ecosistema.

An event that counted with Hive and support from @valueplan. Hive shined once again in Lima mainly because more and more people I meet already have an account on the blockchain or have listened to me or other colleagues and "now" they want to create their account. But back to the topic of this post, this time I had the support of @carlab to make the presentation, a presentation framed to highlight female leadership in Hive. I started the presentation explaining what Hive was and giving some information about the ecosystem. Also @juantecocha supported us with photos and videos while Carla and I talked, we made an excellent team.
At the end of Carla's presentation, the questions were quite interesting and we took the time to answer the curiosities of those present. The invitation was clear to help them on their way to join Hive, heh, heh, heh, heh, I have that job pending.
In the event we also met @gabrululu and @nabu.doconosor2, it was a pleasure to see them listen to the presentations and learn more about the ecosystem.
