My voting mana has dropped to zero. I will now have to calculate the weight of each vote. I think the rewards will remain unchanged.
The few genuine newcomers to Hive will be frustrated by not being able to vote more. They can't ignore the vote weight. Mana usage is more complex. Hive is more complex.
I guess this change isn't documented because the developers are short on time. You have to read the Git history, read the code. It's no small task.
